do you have any idle power measurements on the supermicro board with the 9334 QS chip? I'm considering getting one myself.

thanks!

AC voltage ? how many drives ? how many RAM and type of RAM ?
what is IDLE for you ? don't do that, you can only be disappointed because others always have lower values...
silicon lottery...

understand all of that, just trying to get a sense of order of magnitude. Ie.: is it 10 watts or 250 watts?

10W is impossible, the IO DIE draws min. 40W. can be 400Watts, depends on what devices you have apart from Mobo/CPU/RAM/PSU.
if slow reaction of threadwork is not a problem you can reduce idle power, depends on your workload.
there are many threads about this.

iirc when i measured mine with processor, 2080ti, 6 sticks of ddr5, and 1000w gold consumer power supply and
at stock clocks it was pulling 100-120watts at idle when not active.

Thanks! And this is with the 9334 QS? No issues to report in your usage so far?

I haven't had any issues. I got the GIGABYTE MZ33-AR0 AMD Genoa EPYC 9334 QS from seller kuaka02(657).
I'd probably get a different mobo if i did it again. It's layout is horrible as you have to use risers on the pcie, and you basically can't use the extra DIMM slots unless you severely underclock the ram. The board is packed with features though.
