No, led is off.

I use Proxmox.
Maybe this could help.
Found it after quick Googling

I saw it days ago, but it doesn't say or do anything, I have two machines with PROXMOX recently installed and with the same Realtek 2.5 M2 PCIE NIC, one is M90q gen 1 and the other is Gen 3, neither works at all.

Can you show what configuration that is? I thought WOL would not work on Wifi
I don't own your device, but I do not think it's possible to boot it through wifi.
I suggest you to use another solution. Or ask on the Lenovo forums for help.
And maybe it's a better solution to solder a wire to the power button for your sonoff.
otherwise you will never find a solution.

Have anyone gotten a Tiny to work with the Solarflare 5000 series/similar, as a 10gbe router?
Also with a SFP+ -> RJ45 1/2,5/5/10 adaptor?

The initial idea was to use sonoff, for this same problem, but they made it mess with WOL again.

I have more solutions but they are not practical, such as connecting a cable to the integrated card only for WOL, but that is a bummer and there is no room for more cables.

I'll keep trying to see if I can get it to work (it doesn't work in Windows either, so I'm afraid that either some configuration is missing in the bios, or the board stops emitting energy through M2 when it turns off)

I could also buy, although I want to rule out buying more things, a 2.5G PCIE card, with that it should work correctly, the official one I have doubts if WOL will work...

Does anybody know wich thermal pads i can use with the p350 cooler?
Pad thickness, or type?
I would guess some 1.5mm pads from Artic will do the job, or just buy some thermal putty from Aliexpress, better than any pad.

My two are both MCX4121A-ACAT Rev AF.

The AG revision you posted does not seem to have the 3V3_AUX Fuse populated. If you don't need any WoL functionality it might be viable to just remove this fuse on the AF revision too (without this fuse WoL and any other things that need to work when the system is off will certainly not work).
Apart from that fuse my board looks identical to the AG rev board you posted (same board revision PCB001141_00 and identical component placement apart from that one fuse).

The AK rev of yours seems very similar as well but it has the 3V3_AUX fuse populated and has a different PCB revision. They might have changed something on the front side around the power delivery stuff to actually prevent this backflow.

Thanks for testing and sharing!
Thanks for posting this.. it really helped me out.. I removed the 3V3_AUX fuse.. and it works perfectly on the MCX4121A-ACAT Rev AF version I have..

PS. I dont have a Lenovo, I have a Acer Veriton N4660g.. but it was an identical issue.. The unit would not even power on (no spinning fans) with the card attached.. removed the fuse.. everything works fine
