Could you please share how you set up the VLANs? It doesn't work in my case. Really appreciate your input.I have four of these and they seem to work pretty well (multiple VLANs and using the SFP link for backhaul).
Is there any way of getting the WebUI to work over HTTPS and uploading a custom cert?

My understanding is that it's generally impossible without modifying the unmanaged version with a larger firmware chip that could fit the managed firmware.Hi,
I've seen a lot of info about the 8+1 port switch.
I was trying to figure out if someone have the a firmware for the 4+2 port one.
Is someone been ablt to covert one of the "N" variant to smart/managed?
swapping the flash is a non issue. (I have a DOA unit i'm attempting to repair.) my main concern is where to get the right firmware for the 4+2.My understanding is that it's generally impossible without modifying the unmanaged version with a larger firmware chip that could fit the managed firmware.
Worked for me as well. Thank you.Since HORACO ZX-SWTGW218AS disappeared, I bought KeepLiNK KP-9000-9XHML-X and flashed it with firmware 1.9.1 from HORACO. Everything seems to work, including SFP.

Yes, it supports Link Aggregation (well it does on my 4+2)Do any of the 4 port + 2xSFP or 8 port + 1xSFP switches on Aliexpress support aggregating 4 ports together?
I plan to buy a NAS board with 4x2.5GBe ports and my first ideea was to maximize the throughput and use all the ports.
Can anyone confirm the v1.9 switches can link 4 ports for up to 10Gbps throughput?

I can confirm the v1.9 firmware posted here worked for my Xikestor model: SKS3200M-4GPY2XFCan confirm that official firmware for SKS32000M-8GPY1XF has same md5 as one posted in #128.

I'm attaching v1.9 firmware for SKS3200M-4GPY2XF (4 x RJ45 2.5Gb + 2 x SFP+ 10Gb) because I haven't seen it shared here.
What do you mean disappeared? I just bought another one and they are all over Aliexpress.Since HORACO ZX-SWTGW218AS disappeared

Having an issue similar to what you described but I cannot seem to resolve. I get a slow blinking PWR led but cannot access the UI at either 0.1 (I reset to defaults) or 1.1.I think these switches are somehow vulnerable to power stability issues which are causing flash contents to get corrupted.
There is no separate NVRAM to keep configuration, config is kept in the same flash chip as the bootloader and firmware.
As @Shonk suggested, I replaced no-name PSU from the switch set with a "WD" PSU (taken from WD MyBook set), my switch was has been running fine for 2 weeks since then with no issues. It's a bit too short to tell if the problem is gone for good but I decided to put it back into my "production" and let it run for longer period of time to see if corruption issues are gone.
@StanG If your switch is "misbehaving", try to reflash it. If the "standard" WebGUI is still operational, then use it to reflash. If configured IP disappeared and switch is not initializing (status LED flashing continously) then check if it hasn't switched to firmware recovery mode (recovery interface is on http://192.168.1.1) and reflash from there.
In all my previous cases it always dropped into recovery mode (after reboot following slowness on the WebGUI) and I was able to reflash from there. Until the recent/latest case when it did not even get into recovery mode and I had to desolder the flash chip and program it there with flash image I dumped for @up-n-atom, soon after I purchased it.
@up-n-atom I read you reply just now (sorry, was away for 2 weeks). While I could not make Winbond W25Q32 chip to work, it instread instantly worked with GD25Q16. No idea what was wrong with Winbond, for sure I calculated OTP checksum correctly but it was still experiencing bootloop. I repeated the same OTP calculation/flashing procedure with GigaDevice and it worked right off the bat.
Nevertheless, since @Shonk suggested it all may be caused by bad PSU, I put original FM25Q16 back to see if the the corruption issues are gone after PSU replacement. If not, I will replace the chip to GD and check again. But it all takes time.
Now I implemented simple Monit check in OPNsense to monitor if WebGUI hasn't died.
Thanks for the Aliexpress link for 200mils version of FM25Q16. I could not find it myself. Their search engine is just horrible. Somtimes it will not find an item if you do not provide exact string depicting what you need. Otherwise the thing you are looking for might be on 10th page... FM25Q16 searches were only finding 150mils version for me.
