If I shutdown motherboard and remove power cable from it and then reconnect it back motherboard start and it stuck in D7 state.
if the code is counting BIOS waits for BMC init.completed.

D7 no console input device found.
you may configure the BIOS to proceed without kbd

"Wait for BMC" is disabled in BIOS. Im quick search in BIOS for Keyboard Error or something similar but didn't find it... This BIOS on Gigabyte MB have to many options which are hidden under many subtree's ... :)

can also be the infamous gigabyte D7 bug. reflash BIOS and clear CMOS helps a while...

Im enable power on state after power loss in BIOS. If I shutdown motherboard and remove power cable from it and then reconnect it back motherboard start and it stuck in D7 state
do you use the USB2.0 ports for kbd ? if yes try to use the USB3.0 instead, i found many reports this helps (gigabyte AMD motherboards)

I don't use keyboard and will not be used. If I would like use keyboard then I will not need BMC...
BIOS update went without issue and after flash from F06(If remember correctly it came with F06) to F13 Im set by BIOS settings to defaults.
It happen only first time after power loss then after shutdown/reboot work ok(Probably because BMC insert HID keyboard and mouse)... Im re-enable "Wait for BMC" function in bios and set 2 minutes(I think this is default value) I want fast boot after power loss so I disable this option to speed up powering on... Now I need to test this... Tomorrow I will install it in rack and will know if this fix issue...

Anyone know if this board will boot with a 5600 (non x)?
Says 5600x in the QVL but no non x.
works
5600X comes VMR-B0 later in VMR-B2 stepping
afaik 5600 comes only in VMR-B2 stepping - not avail at script of QVL thought.

Thanks for the prompt responce. Thats good as I have already ordered both :D
checked the BIOS, you need at least BIOS F11(can be updated by BMC)
F06 doesn't contains B2 microcode.
can be strange, one 5600x(B0) works but other 5600X(B2) not.

So, did a bit of research and made this table, Tested means if some user got that CPU running on this Mainboard.
If someone wants to add some information, just write me.

If you chech one page back you will see that I use 5600 and didn't have any issue updateing BMC and BIOS. Board came with FW F6 if remember correctly and it boot with this version normally...

About PCI-e 8x4x4x card I don't know why chinese do not ship with it basic bracket(I know that it is not useable for LAN cards)... Im found on one very old RAID card(I think 64bit PCI slot card) perfect bracket which hold card and will be usefull also for HBA card if I will need it:

My current system is:
MB: Gigabyte MC12
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600
RAM: 2x32GB Kingston KSM32ED8/32HC
NVME: 2x 960GB Samsung PM983
HDD: 2x 8TB WD RED (WDC WD80EFAX-68KNBN0)
LAN: 1x TRENDnet TEG-10GECSFP (10G DAC Cable)
PSU: BE QUIET Pure Power 11 500W 80Plus Gold (BN293)

On motherboard I use one LAN+BMC(Second LAN is not disabled in BIOS).
Before I plug 2x HDD and running only few VM's(2-4) power usage has been between 43-48W. Then Im plug 2x WD HDD and power usage jump to 60-66W. Then Im migrate TrueNAS VM and migrate all other VM's and now power usage is around 66-69W:
