Agree. While it's additional expense, there is an option to reconfigure the rear window - MCP-240-82608-0N which is compatible with B chassis with rear 2.5 assembly.

If all you need is 2 x 8 pin EPS connectors to power the CPUs, what you have should be good to go. I’m not familiar with SM PDBs that have 3 x 8 pin EPS.
