SP3 Heatsink missing a bolt, where can I find a replacement?

Follow up: I am hoping to find something in an SP3/TR4 compatible Noctua hardware kit that was installed on an Intel socket. That may solve the question above.

Also, apparently the thread on these screws is M4 x.7 for anyone that may find this later.

looks more like the Supermicro SNK-P0063AP4

the Noctua mounting looks different, and there is not a Kit to make SP3/TR4 kompat. with intel 3647 ( the spares for the screws 3&4 is missing )
for SP3/TR4 there are only Kits to make them fit for 4189 and 4677.
