I’m a big fan of the HP 5400 modular switches. Get the cards you need (1g, 10g, 40g) and upgrade as necessary. Extremely reliable, easy redundancy, and support is fast and good.
Their CLI is a piece of cake to use.

I would go with Aruba switches.

Depending on how your topology is, you can stack their 2930F with 10g stacking cables - you can aggregate multiple stacking connections, but keep in mind that these also take up the space for your server uplinks.

Alternatively if you need more 10g ports, the 3810M is a great switch that can be bought with 16 sfp+ ports, that would enable you to do a "backbone/server" switch and then uplink the other switches to that one using 10g connections.

Got quite a few Aruba switches running, and they perform very well - and prices are great compared to say cisco.
