Actually, it looks like things might be able to happen much quicker than I just said. PCBs with m.2 slots soldered should be able to be mailed to me this week, and then I can assemble the rest of the parts as orders come in and ship them out. Anyone who wants to order one can mail to the email address I gave earlier, crimier@protonmail.com

I have this same issue myself, but with a 300W brick. I think it's because the board's overcurrent protection circuit only supports modes for up to 135W power supplies. I've probed my board with a 300W brick plugged in and the actual setting it applied was the 65W one.... This resulted in the CPU power throttling basically constantly. I have an LED soldered to the pin of the chip that sends the overcurrent signal and it's lit most of the time.
Does anyone actually have an M720q/M920q/M920x/P330 running with a PSU larger than 135W and not have issues with this?

My M920x came with a 135W PSU. I havent tried a bigger one. But if i look in the specs sheet it indicates only a 135 W PSU. Which seems to suggest the same limit.

Thank youuu, I'm on a mission to make PCBs look less boring lol. I was running the Tesla P4 with a USB fan as well when I was still using v1, having the header built in makes it so much nicer indeed. This riser actually also has an extra header footprint next to the fan header that has the fan header's PWM and Tacho pins connected to it, meant for a possible future fan controller addon that lets you control the fan speed. I haven't designed that module yet though, not sure if I will but the possibility is there.

I can't say exactly how long it will be until they're available, but I'd estimate I can have a small batch ready in a month or so, maybe a little longer, I'm pretty busy with other things too this month.
Super Arbeit Ihr Riseradapter mit Nvme Steckplatz und 12V Fanheader. Hätte Interesse, was würde mich die V2 Version kosten?

(sorry for the double notification, I hit post too early)
I hope I understood your post properly, I don't speak German so I had to use google translate. You're looking for a riser for your P350? The one I have made right now is only for the M720q, M920q, M920x and P330.
I am working on a version that should work with the M90q gen 1/gen2 and P340/P350 though, but that's a work in progress.
I'm not sure what you mean by 3x8, 4x8 and 1x16. Do you mean the PCIe generation? In any case you won't be able to get more than 8 lanes to a single device.

I didn't actually realize the P350's CPU supports PCIe 4.0 until now, that'll be interesting to design a riser for. Now that I think of it, the P350/M90q gen 2 specs say the SSD slots are PCIe 4.0, but only the CPU supports PCIe 4.0, the Q570 chipset's lanes should all be PCIe 3.0. Are the SSD m.2 slots connected to the CPU? Does the riser slot even do PCIe 4.0? If the SSDs are connected to the CPU there's some interesting bifurcation going on there. Does anyone know the specifics of this? There's no NM-D321 schematic available yet afaik.....

Hello,
Fantastic and informational thread. It has been invaluable as I've established my homelab!
I have a question. I have an excellent offer on a M80q with a 10500T processor - so the gen1. It has an Intel Q470 motherboard. The motherboard is compatible with 11th Gen CPUs however I haven't been able to find anyone who has had any luck upgrading the CPU in this unit. While the MB is compatible, the BIOS may not be. Can anyone advise if they have been able to do this? I would like to try sticking a 11900T in it if possible.

Thanks

The Q570 chipset won't stop the GPU from running at PCIe 4.0x8, it should be connected to the CPU which does support PCIe 4.0 on this generation. I can't find any confirmation that the P350/M90q gen 2 actually enable support for PCIe 4.0 on the riser slot though, Lenovo did reuse the riser from the previous gen in these models and I'm not sure if it was designed with PCIe 4.0 in mind.

Who could mod my BIOS from the Lenovo P350 tiny (microcode). So that I can undervolt the Intel 11900t again?

Hi everyone.
Firt time posting.

Jus want to share my M720q with a moded case.

CPU - i7 9700t
GPU - RTX t400 4gb ddr6

The CPU hit a max temperature of 45ºc

The GPU hits a max temperature of 34ºc and the hot spot 42,6ºc.

The mod consists in cut the metal plate and a printed a plastic piece with proper air circulation.

Hi @all, want to show you my tiny-monster-machine:

Now it´s quiet and the temps drops by round about 20°C.

Guten Morgen,

- LED Beleuchtung auf WLED umstellen (ESP32); komfortabler zusteuern (wlan); thats it.

You have to come up with a brilliant idea first! Maybe it would be possible to cool the GPU and VRam with a larger copper plate. Thumbs up for the inspiration!

Hello again, over here I'm still trying to make an Intel Arc a310 eco work on a m90q Gen 3 :)

One of the things I'm gonna try now is increasing the power supply. I'm currently using a 135W and I'm looking in my country for a 230W power supply (mostly trying to find a cheap one as the ones I've found so far are like $100). In the mean time.. anyone know if there's a way to increase the power of the device connected in PCIe slot?.
I've found some external GPU risers that receive additional power and I can get ahold of one, maybe someone here tried that before?

This is my last attempt at trying this card and making it work on the m90q, my good ol PNY T600 works fine (pny specs says 40W and arc says 50W, doubt 10W makes a difference but I just want to be sure :D )

Have you tried limiting the Power Limit in MSI Afterburner? Or maybe undervolting? I've got a 1650 to work on a P330 Tiny (135w PSU) with 65% power limit (~45W iirc). Haven't tested any higher, since the temps would get too high.

Hi, I have a M910X with a 10980 QTJ0 ES. I am trying to run 64GB of ram, it will boot into OS, but shuts down randomly. Doesn't happen when using single stick (32GB). I have tried using 2400MT but no dice. System will shut down during memtest too. Any chances I can find a solution? Or am I out of luck?
