server_driver_chipset_intel_10.1.19263.8344 link
server_driver_intel_lan_27.8.zip link
server_driver_intel_QAT2.0.W.2.0.1-0016 link
server_driver_vga_aspeed_v1.14 link
In BIOS: Enabled Intel VMD to properly install Windows from USB to SATA SSD
In Windows: High Performance Mode
In Device Manager is all fine, no problem. Everything works out of the box, instantly, without any issues
1.Tested CPU: 8461V E3 EV-QS
Intel Xeon Sapphire Rapids 8461V E3 EV-QS 48C/96T 97.5MB L3 300W
Default base 2.2GHz boost all cores 2.8GHz 300W TDP
With Windows High Performance Mode stable frequency +- 2.1GHz/2.3GHz, under load +- 2.7GHz/3.1GHz, idle +- 1.7GHz/1.8GHz (With Windows Balanced Mode Idle 800MHz)
Information from HWiNFO and AIDA64 are included in this post as zip files.
Screenshots are attached in my next post.
Ps: I would like to thanks the user @RolloZ170 and @Kizune.
