Another question, was anybody able to set the cTDW to 45 or 35 watts?
I found the menu:

But what ever I chose, no change, it remains at "Auto" after a reboot.

F13 BIOS is now also available from Gigabyte Homepage.

I also received today a message that Gigabyte acknowledges that the iGPUs are not working and that they are working on a fix…
NIce one, maybe you finally get that encode going :) ... FYI been doing some tests on ARC 380 ... it basically 2x what you get from even the fastest CPU based quicksync... it does 8x 1080p 10bit x265 encodes faster than my 5700x cpu does one hehe and idles at 1w when not encoding

idles at 1w
1W? :):p:p

Honestly, I actually might not need the GPU power at all, as it’s video content for just me and my wife, who doesn’t watch movies without me - though 1 stream max, which can be handled via CPU.

even though the 1W for the A380 is really impressive, I do not want to waste a PCIe slot

I have 45 w enabled, it works with bios f13, but option has moved to AMD overclocking and is called ecomode
Ok, I went through the options of "AMD Overclocking" after I just installed F13. But obviously I am blind, I see options to set voltage or frequncies static, but no "ecomode".

Ecomode: AMD CBS/NBIO/SMU Common Options

Alternative: AMD Overclocking/NBIO/XFR Enhancement/ Prrecision Boost Overdrive -> Manual

SMU Common Options has no ecomode available for me, all I can chose is "System configuration am4" which doesn't survive any reboot.

Also in the AMD Overclock section is no Ecomode. Could you please provide a screenshot. And XFR also doesn't offer an Ecomode:

(just set to manual, didn't applied any setting). The only way would be to set PTT TDC and EDC manually.

I refern again to Post # 263:
But what ever I chose, no change, it remains at "Auto" after a reboot.
"Advanced -> AMD Overclocking"": No Ecomode or TDP setting
"Advanced -> AMD CBS -> NBIO -> XFR": Only via manual set PPT, PDC and EDC (edit: didn't also work out as persistent)
"Advanced -> AMD CBS -> NBIO -> SMU -> System configuration": What ever TDP Setting I choose, it is not applied after reboot.

Then set it manually - you will find the PPT, PDC and EDC for the different TDP settings via google.

35W stays after reboot with my Mainboard with F13

I guess options change depending on the installed cpu

I use for archival only and with this :

So your linked Aliexpress adapter allows to have an x8 PCIe slot + 2x NVME at full PCIe 4.0 x4 speed on the MC12-LE0 with an APU?

That would be nice to order...

These adapters are not always compatible :)

no APU here 5700x, but should work on APU except it will be pci-e gen 3 not 4 i believe.. it's only 4x4x4x4 that doesn't work on apu

I tested this method, but the same. The settings aren't persistent and after leavving the BIOS (F10 Save & Exit) even the XFR Settings are back to "auto".....
