Thank you for this info, i thought maybe to trade mine 32 to 64 cores, but seems there's no point in my usage scenario. I use this more like a workstation, so single - threaded performance is important.The limiting factor is an internal mechanism of unknown origin which starts clock stretching if the processor is pushed too far.
Reviewers of h11ssl says that supermicro used 60 amps mosfets in vrm, there's total 6 of them. So it gives us 360amps, to get to 3.5 my cpu needs 1.27-1.3V. HWinfo shows 250W of power, 250х1.27 = 325Amps, so vrm is already near its limits.
