But there are other things as you know. Xeon E5-1650v2 is overclockable. Both of those processsors consume 130Watts. If you overclock Xeon E5-1650v2 to catch, 3600 x 1.22222... you must have to run it at 4400MHz, that is quite high! You need a big, at least 250 Watt cooler, with a lot of noise probably.
Personally, I can advice you, Xeon E5-2658 v2 that I have 2 pieces. It runs max 2600MHz with 10 cores, but consumes 95Watts only. A real silent CPU, but a bit more expensive....
