CWWK official site delivery issues

Hello,

I had recently placed an order for this item on CWWK.net official store website since AliExpress didn't have delivery to my country. It has still been 9 days since the order but the tracking number stopped showing any updates 6 days ago. I have tried to reach out to CWWK through their email but haven't received any response from them. Has anybody ordered CWWK products directly from their website? Were there any issues in the delivery?

I've ordered on Saturday and it has been cleared in Holland yesterday. No update today yet.

I didn't even get an update that it entered my country. Does anyone know how to get in touch with CWWK's support?

Best is over chat on the site, quite responsive (had tax / declaration issues with my X86-P5, they refunded a part of the additional costs)
