I'd have to go back and do some research on the details, but iirc the 9300-16e is basically two 8's shoved on the same board, whereas the 9305-16 is a redesigned controller. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable can chime in..Better HBA how, better more beefier chipset or some other super-juice? Have not had the time to RTFM just yet so please do enlighten me if you'd be so kind.
