Supermicro rails: can't push server

Hi,

I have a supermicro SC846 and rails MCP-290-00053-0N.
I am trying to slide the server into the rails but it get stuck.
I can slide the outer rails but the inner rail won't slide into the outer rail more than 10~15cm.

The picture shows where the rail gets stuck. I can't push it any further into the outer rail.



I never found any detailed guide on how to slide those rails, it always takes me 1 hour to make it work.
Except this time, I'm completely stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, I'll invert it!

Can you confirm L & R is left/right when you look at the server from the front?

i think you can try to slide in the inner rails without attached to the server to see if it works first.
