Supermicro h11dsi rev 2.0 8 hours of activity and then hanging

I've tried many different Windows 10. I even tried Windows 11 and linux ubuntu desktop 24.04.
When the uptime in the task manager is 8 hours, the system freezes.
Both processors are overclocked via ZenStates. Processor temperature 67-71 max. "VRM" temperature 65-70 max.
If do not overclock through ZenStates, then it works stably 24/7.
