To me that pin from earlier looks present but bent.
All other pinheads in the region had that golden shine this one did not


looks to be twisted and rotated out of line.
The twist will also cause contact issues if you just align it again.
Doable, SP3 pins are pretty durable, at least way more then intel lga1151.

Yes, something is wrong with this pin, it will be necessary to remove the processor and examine it properly. Thanks for the hint! There don't seem to be any other options except for this place.
UPD: Yes, that's right, it's him - I rang him with a multimeter with the right contact in the memory slot - the circuit is not broken. It's just that for some reason the upper end of the contact is broken off, and it turns out to be lower than the others, it does not reach the land on the processor. How can it be repaired, soldered something on top of the contact?
