Thank you for posting - in for 2 (need 1 more and a spare). Last time I researched the Access stuff it was all just physically rebranded ruckus gear. I looked at the load on the Access 7150-c12p I purchased off the bay. Code was stock ruckus icx and had some settings tweaked for multicast (sonos compatability) before I reset the config. I'd expect that these are running unleashed *or* possibly ZM to be managed from a central location and probably has some settings tweaked unless the unit has been fully reset . the markup is pretty serious when buying access branded gear as support from the HT company is baked into the price. while I have not tried to get support on access branded gear I have been told that the support cycle looks like customer <->reseller (usually home theater company)<->access<->ruckus. But ruckus downloads are AFAIK still "free" if you give them your info and create an account in their cloud.

I should say that yesterday they had only 8 or so in stock, and this morning that went up to 13, so perhaps they'll restock for those interested!

and I'm replacing Omada units. Anything I should know about the world of Ruckus Wifi? :)
Use Unleashed firmware, easy to get after registering on their site. There are some tweaks to set up roaming for multiple access points, nothing crazy. I find that I have to manually check for firmware updates periodically, don't have a way to automate it that I know of.

I just got 2 delivered. I've plugged both units up to a PoE+ injector and a PoE+ switch, but neither get any power. Any ideas?

Just to get the obvious out of the way, are you using the 2.5gbps ports on the AP, and have you tried resetting?

Ditto, I tried powering mine via 2 different PoE+ switches and a PoE+ injector. No power LED.
Either the PoE port is fried or the whole access point is fried, won't know until I can get a power adapter.

yea, tried both. i finally got them to "work" by using a brand new aruba 1960 switch with poe class 6 802.3bt ports. even though the r750 supports af/at at class 4, it won't work in any aruba 1930 or 1960 poe switch ports that are only 802.3at. i can't even get an 802.3at injector to work. it's really odd, no power at all.

i factory reset each unit, still the same issues.

i have a few other issues as well:
  • one r750 with a longer cable run of ~90ft will only negotiate to 100mbps. if i plug a ruckus r710 into the same cabling, it's 1000mbps. i've tried switching different cables and everything. this r750 is finicky.
  • wifi 6 would only work if i enabled wifi 6/7 compatibility mode in each of the wifi networks.
  • it gives me a ton of 6ghz options, but there's no 6ghz radio.

the r710 was way easier than this...

r750 has no 6ghz radio that's normal, the 6ghz settings showing up anyway was introduced a few unleashed versions ago. the rest of that sounds like these all took an indirect strike or something and the magnetics are all FRIGGY
