Low Power server

Im looking for suggestions for a low power server.
Im currently using a HP DL360 G9, but need to upgrade due to high power consumption.
This is for a ESXi host.

Sorry, im thinking E5 V3/V4 or first gen EPYC, 256Gb max, SFP+, SFF-8088.
As low power as possible
