JunOS EX4300 17.1R2

Hi All looking for a copy of Junos EX4300 17.1R2 so i can update to 19 from 14 can anyone assist me with this struggling to find a copy

Its not even available for download on the Support portal. I would backup your config and just make the Jump to 19.

I was thinking this but what i have been reading is i need to jump up in threes? is this correct so 14 to 17 then 17 to 19

only if you want to preserve your config. even then you are probably fine. Also why are you going to 19? 21.4 is the latest and i would strongly recommend that

Oh right so you can just jump straight up to 21, in that case i will do that

the only problem im having is a gaining access to JunoOS download centre, is there any third party places i can get a copy?

I have a normal account (Never purchased through Juniper) and have access to jweb-ex-app-21.4A1.1-signed

Just went under support and typed EX4300. So JWeb, but I dont see any JUNOS firmware?

Correction, I can get the JWEB, but the site states technical issues when I try to download 21? Looking myself
