My initial thought are that this is too expensive, but perhaps if you expand on the specs a bit it becomes more reasonable.
i.e.
What model of Xeon
What type of RAM and number of modules.
What type of NIC's/Speed/number of ports
But my guess is that you will never get this sold at that price.
16GB RAM cost around 30 EUR at most
Xeon can go from 10 ->hundreds
8x4TB SATA drives are not worth much because they are so small
So my first impression about this is that a setup like this should cost 200GBP at most.
Also read the sticky, there are some rules you don't seem to have followed
