A rather unusual ultra-low profile 4x 10GBe Silicom X710 based PCIe Ethernet card. PE310G4i71LB-XR. I am also including the high profile bracket. Worked fine with Myricom 10G-SFP-SR optics. Can use Intel's standard drivers or Silicom's available with a signup.

Supports most hardware offloads of various protocols.

I got one few months ago for about 100usd (which costed me about 160euro to be sent to Europe).
It seems to work ok BUT does not accept the firmware updates from intel.It has a pretty old 5.x firmware.
I think it is artificially locked by Silicom on purpose.

Also trying to get by email a newer firmware I did not receive any response at all...
