I flashed BMC to the latest yesterday and now I can log into BMC:

I have a question with the bios file you gave me.
Am I correct in understanding that the image flash_R.ROM is only for R26 for Rome, and for Milan and Rome use image.RBU in RBU or image.bin in SPI_UPD

flash_R.rom is only the Rome part.
SPI_UPD is the dump of BIOS chip for use with AFU i.e.
Update via IPMI/BMC
RBU is for remote Bios Update, read the PDF file for update instrunctions.
use Milan.RBU
to force the board to Milan support only.

I was finally able to post this:
I didn't post on image.RBU but I was able to post on Milan.RBU.
It took a while, but I finally confirmed that it works.

yes, don't know why the MIlan.RBU is required but nice it worked.
Milan.RBU is not included in BIOS package normaly.

Thanks to your help, I was able to obtain 2.1 and 2.0.
First I tried updating 2.0 with BMC, but it warned me that it could not be rolled back, so I put in 2.1. 2.1 could not POST milanES, so I tried 2.0 with UEFISHELL, but at the last minute I got an image warning and could not downgrade. I could not downgrade.
I will ask Supermicro if there is any way to downgrade to 2.0.
Your kind advice has helped me a lot in troubleshooting. Thank you very much!

sorry i jump into this.
what i know h12 not worked, but with mz32-ar0 1.0 flashed to Milan the ES works (Milan.RBU M07 PM me if you need )

I couldn't rollback bios to 2.0 so I couldn't get it to post in H12, I use this CPU in MZ32.
