Configurators?

Does anyone here use or have used configurators for refurbished servers? Are they useful at all or am I better off just going through the building process or purchasing a premade one?

I looked at building something like this with some configuration consultants I know. Looked very hard.

Likely easier to either call a company to build what you need and validate it works.

Many of the companies that are buying used for things like big data startups are doing this.

If it is less than a rack or two worth of servers, or if you want help overall, just post in these forums and folks will probably find the best deals and know the tricks (e.g. using an IBM M1015 for a HBA in a non IBM/ Lenovo server)
