I offered just for fun the original price 14.75 EUR (for 4+ pieces). However, they also declined it. So lets see what eBay is saying about it that a seller doesn't stick to its official offer. I got advised to do a specific offer from one person which then got declined by (maybe) another person. So I guess it's a game for them. I was trading with them a lot. Never had issues. But this ....

I also ordered quite a few Things in the Past and managed to get very good Deals when submitting Offers. But now  .

Well why did you Offer 14.75 EUR and just didn't buy directly ? You also need them to adjust the Shipping Price like I did ?

Shipping Adjustment.
ExVAT Adjustment.

I can not buy directly as I will be charged full. Also, the support specifically advised me to do a specific offer with a specific amount and providing company data and vat no and make a comment. I did all this. Still declined.

Already talked to eBay and it's against T&C to decline a price, no matter of conditions like exVat etc, that was officially offered. They will investigate.

Now they raised price to 19.99 EUR

EDIT: That's another thing against T&C as they are promoting low prices to decline to raise them after --> Called spoofing.

They also told me that it's different Departments Accepting/Denying Offers. I'm not sure I believe that ...

Well I guess I should have enough for a while. Probably too many actually (knock on Wood) given that I bought some other like a few Weeks ago for 25 EUR / each. Yeah. Sucks to not know the Future  .

That's more than the original Price ...

And you have to contact them and ask them to change the shipping Costs. I pre-warned them in advance and the Guy told me to send them an Offer. And in the Offer I also explained to please fix the shipping Costs.

Which the whole Thing about "Another Department" doesn't make too much Sense to me ...

What is hard to belive about it?

They are not a lemonade stand, they are doing a fairly large volume and have multiple teams covering the various tasks.
When they Guy told me to send them an Offer it went quite Smoothly. Either he told his Colleagues, or ...

I would somewhat hope they do communicate within the company.

From previously talking to them they are in the 1000+ sales/offers/messages per day to follow up on.
I deal alot with the same guy via email directly when buying servers, messaging them to ask/negotiate something directly is just not practical since seperate teams and follow up questions tend to not be answered by the same person.

Very weird. Has anybody else managed to Order at a Reasonable shipping Price by giving them an Offer ?

The first Time I did it went smoothly, they accepted the Offer and Updated the Shipping Costs. 24 DIMMs. Should probably have bought some more, will try again Today. I guess I need to Upgrade the entire Homelab and get some E3 v3 Systems (and E5 v1/v2) out of the Way now ...

For the Micron Chips they declined my last Offe of 13 EUR / DIMM for 24 further DIMMs. So I cannot send any further Offers now.

The Samsung one that I originally ordered is now 29.99 EUR / DIMM for 1 Piece and 26.99 EUR / DIMM for >= 4 Pieces.

Just for documentation purposes, I offered the initial price of 16.37 for 10+ just with the comment that the offer is valid with sipping reduced from EUR 20 per item to EUR 20 for just 1 item. Immediately rejected. So it's about shipping. Offer is so cheap that they want to have their money through shipping costs. They told me earlier if I buy them immediately they will refund the shipping costs and discount value. I doubt that. Why would someone do 3 extra steps not including accounting processes if they have 1000 transactions every day like @Cruzader is arguing.

No, there's something else going on. Either a loophole in eBay fees or some accounting tricks in Germany or other country if part of a holding. I let them go. Looking elsewhere.
