I offered $100 each , then seller countered with $120 each, then I counter-countered with $110 each.
Seller accepted $110 each x 8 CPU
All the negotiation happened between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm PDT today.

Here is one where they have the idle at 140w.
We give dual Intel Xeon E5-2670s the once over

Two different boards with different feature sets using the same mem, HDD and video will give you different results. You also have a 20w per processor higher TDP and it still is nearly the same so that says something as well.

The big draw to E5's are PCIe 3.0 and Quad channel memory over the previous sockets.

I saw these yesterday as well. It's not clear what "Processor Grade A/B" means though.
There's another 98 available: Intel Xeon E5-2670 2.60GHz 20MB 8-Core Processor Grade A/B
I'll reach out to the seller to find out whether these are the SR0H8 or the SR0KX.
Edit: Seller responded in five minutes. The listing in question is for the SR0H8, however they're soon going to list a few of the SR0KX chips.

My SR0KX pair should be here late this week or early next week along with the rest of my new system. Can't wait to get it set up.

Damn. I can't pay for this. He only accepts Credit Cards, ship to the US only, and Ebay rejects my Credit Card (I guess cause its a Singapore Credit Card, but with a US shipto address).

I've bought a Gigabyte GA-7PESH1 (150$ b/o from ebay) and a Intel DX79TO (single CPU) for 115$. I haven't got to test them out yet since the guy selling these A/B graded CPUs screwed up the shipping and its taking an extra week to get it.

Once I test them out I'll let everyone know since I didn't get a traditional SM board or Dell workstation.

Unfortunately the seller doesn't ship to Germany. The cheapest I can see is 175$.
I hope some1 with international shipping will match the price.
