same on gigabyte MD71 but i managed to remove all the Lock's without BIOS mod with RU.efiI did try throttle stop. It can’t bypass the MSR lock on TDP—if the oem sets the lock then TDP is fixed in stone—so it wasn’t any better than XTU.

there was a leak of some intel confidential software, included was also XTU-6.5.1.371-VIPyou needed to find an old version of XTU to do an all-core overclock (which wasn’t available directly from intel so you are stuck downloading from random sources on the internet)
those for OC designed motherboards have this setting in BIOS not hidden. Thanks for the replies. I wonder if the X299 workstations have that locked too. They're not Xeons though.
duno @5820 but 7820 looks like that...Yes but it's Dell, andf it's a workstaion. T5820X so who knows what will happen there. Unlocked Chipset and unlocked CPU, I'm guessing TS will be able to deal with it. I just became aware of these possibly unlocked workstations. I don't have one to play with.

i am already behint that. all settings are there in the BIOS:Look at the manual. There should be a switch to show everything hidden.
Your workstation bios may purposely hide everything.
i do not use AMIBCP5 myself, just to tell you the BIOS is open.Did you have to do anything special with amibcp to get it to work
I couldn't even manage to brick my board using it lol.
oops. i never tried to give the /lang option, now withLook at the manual. There should be a switch to show everything hidden.
