Sure, but it's almost double the cost and has it's own limitations (many physically oversized, power connectors on the "wrong" side, recirculates hot air, half the VRAM). If none of these things matter to you it may be a good option.you can score 5700 for 150 usd thats faster in games, and easier to cool in desktop system.
Fwiw, you don't need extra cooling on the MI25 in a case with forced airflow. You're right that cooling is a big consideration, though. With a 40x40x28 strapped to the back you can dissipate about 220W, but I keep that machine in a different room.
