Is it though? $660-700 hardly seems that exciting for a 4-core system with only 16 GB RAM, a small (albeit platinum-rated) PSU, and no included storage. Its ECC support might be worth a bit of a premium (the included RAM does not appear to be ECC), but still. If it was 12-core/64 GB as in the title text (FU for the fake-out, Woot) then yeah, maybe jump on that.
I mean, I suppose it's fine if you need something minimal to shove into the back of an office and want a warranty and support, but for home it's possible to do better.
Lenovo (well, all the major manufacturers to some degree but especially them it seems) loves to crank up the MSRP and then put systems "on sale" to make them seem like a good deal.
