Which means he now has enough to buy a house cash in TX and still have chedder left over for a serious lab.

It's ridiculously unreal what people pay for homes in large metros. I've sold businesses netting over $100k that cost less than these houses and their monster mortgages and property taxes. It's befuddling to me. But if it can be used as a DC...then I guess it might be worth the price.

Just being clear, we would operate this as the next STH data center lab facility and probably have studio space. It would be awesome to have something like that.

Add some solar and Tesla Powerwalls on top of the existing generators and you're golden
