EU Supermicro X11SAE Rev 1.01 - defect

I'm selling a Supermicro X11SAE Rev 1.01 as defect.

The board sometimes doesn't boot. If you put some pressure on the bios-chip, then it boots. Seems like some of the soldering joints on the bios-chip are the problem. But I'm not able to tinker with it. Therefore it shall go. If the bios-chip itself is 'flaky' then there are some bios-chip offers for these model for 17-20EUR or so.

I'm selling it as defect. Therefore no warranty or whatever, no return, and no refund. Buy it at your own risk.

Where is the BIOS chip located?

No IO-shield is a massive downside though, I know someone who could use a cheap computer and this board looks like a good start.

That's where I had to press my finger on it to get it booting. If you can fix it by yourself fine. Dutch guys are programming bios-chips for these models and sell them on eBay. Had it running with a E3-1220 v6 from @Rand__ . So it should run Bios 2.0
