Be forewarned, this is wider than EATX mb; it is an EEATX mb and only chassis support this size.

I believe sas controllers on x10drc has 16 drive limit which makes them less useful. Though if you can find one at this price point let me know.

it really has 4x 10G NIC? That's pretty spicy. Too bad it's the older x540 that doesn't support 2.5 and 5gb.

x10drc controller has cache, it's defacto unusable for modern checksumming fs etc

You can use it just fine with ZFS as you can disable the write cache in LSI bios. I've tested this and everything is good.
