Interesting, exactly the same pictures in that auction.
And yes it does not have a PDB. But the PSU they come with is not too bad and you should be able to get a PDU for €50 or so if yiu need it.
Still a good deal if you are happy with 8 3.5 slots


Edit: Similar other items too... might be the same seller.
And the other items inc the PDU are quite expensive there..

You can plugin PSUs with gold fingers and get ATX/SATA power connectors etc
