Supermicro Power supply fan running full speed all the time

Hey, any one came across this, I have a supermicro tower server with two PWS-1K28P-SQ power supplies, some how one of them now run its fan (fan 2) at full speed all the time even if I disconnect the power supply from the server

For troubleshooting I did reset BMC and also did BMC factory reset, it dropped for a shot period of time then it run at full speed.

I have multiple of them, they never Run at füll Speed for me, even with Benchmarks running.
I think you have broken PSU.

SQ means Super Quiet. it should be more quiet than stand model. maybe the temp sensor on PSU is broken.

Maybe you can get lucky by updating the firmware on the thing? I say maybe because it's not looking like a software thing. Not sure what the process is, though.
