Supermicro Motherboard Listing (Archived older Models)

Hello

While searching for the details of a X8 era Supermicro motherboard, I became aware that Supermicro seem to have disabled direct search links for many X9 series and older motherboards.

After some searching, I found that Supermicro have bundled links to these older motherboards into an Archive.

This Archive can be accessed here.
https://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/archive/?mlg=0

These links allow access to useful information, such as compatible parts lists, cables and chassis details.

I hope this helps.

You can also use google with "site:supermicro.com [whatever your looking for]" to find stuff on the website
that Supermicro seem to have disabled direct search links for many X9 series and older motherboards
They messed up the index (and many hardcoded links) after relaunching the site/changing the cms in 2019/2020 ._.

At least some current stuff seems to be available both from an old link and a new one. The old one can have fun things such as the BMC firmware link pointing to the system firmware page. And their own search function shows both types of links!

The OP's link appears to no longer be available. Anyone else know of a link to see all the legacy products from Supermicro? I know how to search and find individual product pages, but I'd like to be able to see an entire list of their older products.

Sad i can't find any more info on X9 and X10 MB. Supermicro should just maintained a low key site for these products!

sounds like a good use for someone with time to use a LLM to rebuild this, and make it searchable :)

Do you guys want me to scrape their site for everything like all the firmware files? Shouldn't be too hard to put in a table with filters for generation, sockets, form factor, networking, etc.

I don't think it's necessary; if you're not lazy, with a little effort you can find everything with the google site: command.
the motherboard pages are not hidden behind a id value.

the X9 and X10 motherboard pages are still there, but i guess not for ever,
so if any can, he should save/download the pages now.

Maybe the use case is more if you're not after a specific model and are trying to find what was produced? Who knows how long they'll keep the pages up either. I keep an offline repository of all the firmware files just in case that ever happens.

If you're offering, absolutely
