    Pretty good deal I would say. Note on this specific drive it’s 1.3 daily writes, with a total estimate of around 2.75 pb written lifetime.

    w= 24k iops
    r= 97k iops

    looks like seller has quantity 50 ( according to eBay listing )

    Bought a couple, although I did consider buying 20... heh.

    These are marked as "NEW", 2 year old stock (based on the picture), I certainly hope these are not "used" with SMART data wiped, which seems to be very easy to be done for Samsung drives.

    In China, the 2nd hand market often has the SMART wiped enterprise sata samsung ssds.

    I don't even get why manufacturers allow this to be easily done, if at all. What reason is there to allow the data to be reset?

    At minimum, I think the data should be like "Warranty void if broken" stickers or a salvage title for a car. Wiping it doesn't have to make the drive inoperable, but should be a clear indication that it's not new and to be wary about it's condition.

    Are they all gone? Where is the URL? Couldn't find them on e-bay. Thanks!

    Edit: See the "SOLD" in the title.

    Mine arrived today, not new, around 90 Tb written and 14k hours.
    Any idea how to update firmware on these ones? I mean, where to find the firmwares?

    Regards
