is there another lower rev. BIOS you have to flash first ? 08 to 14 is a wide step.
is there a 16mb and a 32mb BIOS image in your folder ? use the 32mb for BMC.
your instructions i.e. "BIOS_win64.cmd" is unknown to me. i know only "updateFW.bat" and winflash

Hello @RolloZ170,
The only BIOS I have 04 and 14. O8 was on the server but, I don't have the files. There is no 32Mb file on a 16Mb with a BIN extension and an 8Mb with a ROM extension. There is no reference to the ROM file in the README.TXT. Here is the listing of files I have:

Do you have other versions of BIOS from your old server? I'm attaching the readme.txt, perhaps I am missing something in the instructions.
I've tried to update vis BMC with the OS shutdown. After a power cycle the server won't boot, however, the BMC is still alive.

Cheers
Have you tried to flash the old BIOS 3B04 via BMC? Which was released in 2016 and still exists on qct website.

Same server model, tried the BIOS 3B14.02 provided by Gongman66, thanks, already upgraded to 3B14.02 from 3B06 and it works, the steps:

1) Boot by WinPE 11 x64 USB disk
2) Run "BIOS_win64.cmd" directly, it warns "maybe not the right version for this motherboard", anyway, continue to flash...
3) Run "ME_win64.cmd", it flashes normally
4) Reboot
5) The power cycle is one more time than the normal reboot
6) Boot normally, found the previous BIOS setting lost, it has already been set as factory default
7) Config the setting in BIOS and reboot, then it boots into OS normally

Current BIOS main menu:

@DuDu I tried to go from S2P_3B04 to S2P_3B14.02 like you did, and it did not work. I ran the two command files as you did, and it seemed to work. After reboot, it did not come up. I had to reflash to S2P_3B04 to get the system to start. Any ideas? What was your initial BIOS before your update?

It was S2P_3B04 when I received it, you shall able to upgrade from S2P_3B04 to S2P_3B14.02, have you flashed S2P_3B04 via BMC? And can it boot up? Try using Win PE/Ubuntu USB disk to upgrade from S2P_3B04 to S2P_3B14.02, if S2P_3B04 is able to boot up after flashing via BMC.

I used WinPE to go from S2P_3B04 to S2P_3B14.02, exactly as you did. The system hangs on boot, but BMC is alive. I had to down grade to S2P_3B04 via BMC. Tried to upgrade to S2P_3B14.02 via BMC, but after boot system won't post. Waited of 10 minutes. I had to revert back to S2P_3B04. Last night I got S2P_3B08.08 (from Bioshelp). This worked thru BMC. This is where I'm at. Any ideas? Tonight I will try to go from S2P_3B08.08 to S2P_3B14.02.

Cheers

Both S2P_3B04 and S2P_3B08.08 are able to boot into BIOS setup and the OS?

Both S2P_3B04 and S2P_3B08.08 can boot into BIOS setup and the OS.
Yes, I have windows server 2019 on an SSD. Very strange. @DuDu, I've been digging. I may have found the issue.

" Before updating BIOS to 3A13 or later version, Check BMC FW is newer than 3.31 and Expander FW is newer than 1.08
The system may hang on POST if the above FW version is incompatible."

This warning is on a similar QCT system. What firmware version do you have on the QS-3008 (aka expander board)? What version of BMC are you running?

not same server but...
"While reading the release notes of the various BIOS and firmware updates, I found a "note" that the latest BIOS update requires certain versions of the BMC and SAS expander firmware or might cause the system to not POST! Knowing that, I embarked on updating the expander and BMC firmware first"

Yes I know it is a downgrade, but I do not know how to find another BIOS or how to reinstall the raid (I remember during post I have a mention about configuring RAID before the downgrade...)
Thabks in advance.

what do you mean with RAID card, have you RAID PCIe card ?
if so the Card brings own BIOS, settings not in MB BIOS.
For the type of raid Card, I do not know, I just can said it is plugged on the mainboard.
I have flash the card with broacade firmware (QS3008-8i) in version 18 If I am good.
Now I have a mainboard bios in version 3B04 and raid in version 18, but I can not create RAID Array (the menu is inside the bios with that configuration).
From "old" configuration (when I do not have touch something) the BIOS was in version 3B08 and the MPT3BIOS seems to be in version 8.33 (from 2016).
Anyone have an idea about a good combination of mainboard firmware with correct FW for Raid Card?
Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

Yes that was the case on the "old" configuration, before I flash BIOS and RAID controller.
Now inside BIOS I got LSI RAID controler, I can create RAID, but it hangs during creation (without any error)
With the OLD configuration, I have a message during POST (ctrl + C) to configure RAID, and with that all is working fine...
I wish to reconfigure correctly the mistake I have made.
thanks in advance.

with BIOS update/downgrade you have lost all BIOS settings.
configure the MB BIOS to execute the RAID Card BIOS.
there must be guides for this task.
PCIe Slot Option Rom, EFI or legace (depends on your boot type)
disable quiet Boot.
So after disable quiet boot, I do not have any option to configure directly the raid outside from the BIOS.
I have try to set from the BIOS the Legacy Bios of the raid controller to enable and disable, but nothing seems to change...
