Is there anyone that has take a Proxmox like approach for Docker farms? I like that Ceph and ZFS are in proxmox now. This thread doesn't give me much solace in that they will ever support docker: Docker container support coming to Microsoft's next Windows Server release so what is the next best alternative?

To me, getting a single Docker image up isn't an issue, but having an easy way late at night that I can do simple tasks on a 1 off or 5 off basis would be nice. The storage and networking piece of Docker are painful. A GUI atop Mesos would be good.

While it is not completely baked yet (as in a fast moving target), you might want to check out what Joyent is doing with docker (Joyeur : The Joyent Blog - Blog - Joyent Specifically the entries about test driving the container native infrastructure.
