$60 for the CPU and $200 for the barebones plus $100 for the Win 10 pro license and a few bucks for the RAM, video card and trash 250gb HD. That's still good in my book.
the video card is puny. it doesn't do any real 3d aside from maybe h.w playback of x264 files. the video card can only display up to 1080p digital or 3mp analog. so unless just for low res 2d, you almost pretty much have to get another video card.
