Previously i've reported my MS-01 was working for 20+ days without any issues.

Running MS-01 i9-13900H with 96GB of ram using Kingston ValueRAM 2x modules. Stock bios 1.22
Latest version of proxmox with all updates installed.

Tonight, there was a first crash, after 1month of working. Unfortunately i do not have a screen of the crash.
Previously i was so happy it is working..

@JaxJiang do you have any suggestions, solutions?

Hi @JaxJiang-- I am also experiencing stability issues, running the MS-01 i9-13900H with 96GB of Crucial RAM (CT2K48G56C46S5). Would it be possible to access the 1.24 and 1.25 BIOS updates? Currently running 1.22...

Hello!
Have 2 ms-01, 64 RAM crucial CT-32G56C46S5 5600MHz.
One node working perfectly well, other hangs out every 3-4 days.
@JaxJiang could you please provide new bios for testing?

Hi all!! I'm on the same page as most of you. Have a couple of MS-01 i9-13900H with Crucial 48GB RAM and I'm facing the same instability. Had one machine replaced that is stable right now, and another one that don't have more than 3-4 days of uptime until it hangs and I need to force restart.

Both machines are on 1.22 BIOS version. @JaxJiang I'm willing to get access to the 1.24 or 1.25 BIOS files to test my system stability after the updates and reducing RAM speed.

Thanks

Another positive reliability report for 1.25 Beta (so far!)... 15 days!

MS-01 i9-13900H with Crucial 96GB Kit CT2K48G56C46S5
Proxmox 8.2.4
microcode : 0x4121

# uptime
18:32:45 up 15 days, 2 min, 1 user, load average: 2.97, 3.05, 3.08

Previously I *might* have had runs this long, but most were far shorter. I've increased the workload a bit over the last week so as to not give it an easy time, so things are looking good. I implemented Proxmox Backup Server at some point after getting the MS--01 and I think my reliability dropped to its worst point after that, likely due to the heavy backup load overnight. This is still running every night right now.

Thanks @JaxJiang for sharing the access to the 1.26 BIOS version. Started my test a little less than 24 hours ago in two MS-01 in a Proxmox cluster environment. So far so good.

Kept all my Crucial RAM in the 5200 speed settings for now as I test systems reliability. Will reduce to the recommended speed (documented in the BIOS File) if issues are detected. Will keep this thread posted.

Really 1.26, not 1.25 ? Interesting.... can you post changelog ?

It’s easy to request acess to @JaxJiang and read the log, as it’s noted on the logs to not disclose the files or the content of it. I can confirm the date of release is 10/14 and it’s a different package from the one referred some post ago.

Thanks for the link, I have the usual configuration of an i9-13900H with 96GB of Crucial RAM running Proxmox 8.2.2. I've been having extremely consistent/ predictable crashes with approximately 7 days of uptime with workloads consisting of onboard graphics SR-VIO (GitHub - strongtz/i915-sriov-dkms: dkms module of Linux i915 driver with SR-IOV support) enabled on a single windows 11 virtual machine (completely idle). If I leave this virtual machine powered down, I'll get 14 days of uptime before reliably crashing. This has been observed over the last few months.

I've now updated to 1.26 from 1.22, I'll reply with my experience each week.

I've received a 1.25 from JaxJiang which in a MS-01 (i5 w/ Crutical 16GB single SO-DIMM) running FreeBSD as router now kept the system up for 8 days w/o panic reboot.
Keeping fingers crossed....

1.26 is available on their page: Minisforum Support
Nice, just checked a few days ago and it wasn't there so must be very new. Looking at the release notes it doesn't say anything about supporting memory speed for 1.26 or 1.25 which is odd.
