LSI SAS9201-16e HBA Activity LED headers

Hello,
I have looked various places but I have yet to find a DIY cable or available cable to utilize the 2 4-pin headers for LED activity. I attached an image from the manual for it. Has someone been able to create a cable for this or would someone help me make one so that I can monitor the activity of each port.

You need this cable with an LED soldered on the end. If your case has some unused front panel indicator lights, you've already got what you need.

If you're not the DIY type, you could always buy this cable assembly and remove the wires attached to the switch and just use the two LEDs.

Wow...talk about inflation! I remember buying like 20x of these at what that vendor wants for a single one of them. I've used them over the years for a variety of DIY stuff, but they still go back into the parts bin after use.
