Looking for the most "Bang for the buck" 7002/7003 CPU

Greetings folks, I am currently trying to build a machine as my home lab server. Therefore, I am looking for the most "Bang for the buck" 7002/7003 CPU.
There are some OEM version CPUs of 7763 on the market such as 7T83,7V13 and their price are about 1400$. However, I think it might be a little overkill for my need.
Any advices?

Used preferred since I want to cut the cost.
The MB I choose has 2 sockets, but I can leave 1 alone if the price of 2 CPUs is too high.
