Hope at least one of you guys got one. I've lurked this forum for a few months and have gotten a couple deals and wanted to give back.
They cancelled my personal order. The one I ordered for work is backordered but not-cancelled.
Not looking good.
Perhaps they haven't canceled mine. They called for identity verification this afternoon. Seems odd. Anyone ever had that?
Mine finally shipped -- they doubled the price on these though unfortunately. I'll report in after I receive them.
Their identity verification process is downright painful. Still trying to prove that I am me over a week later.
It's probably just a ruse to be able to cancel the order or to get you to cancel.
No, Tigerdirect is just extremely incomptent/awful. They're especially awful if you ever try to use a gift card -- guaranteed way to send your order to verification for a long time/forever.
finally made it through the approval process. the question now is do they even still have the stock they had when I made the purchase. the order was approved to ship but if they dont have the stock anymore....
The work ones arrived -- they look brand new.
Came with the second redundant power supply and the Thinkserver Raid 500(LSI 9240) card as well. 8x3.5" bays. 2 x 1TB drives and 2 caddies included. Warranties good until March 2018 as well according to Lenovo's site.
16GB of ram is included as 2 x 8GB sticks.
