Is Norco out of business?

I've got a RPC-4308 and wanted to buy another like it or similar, but can't find Norco products anywhere and the website seems to be down. Is Norco out of business?one

Not sure if they will ship overseas

I checked, it's on their website but not on their shop. Shipping costs would be a killer anyways. Thanks.
