Intel i340-t4 or i350-t4

Another thread caused me to look this up.

Both seem to be about the same price. Is there really any big difference between them? BTW - I love the cheap 4 port NICs!

So the i350-t4 has SRIOV and consumes about 16% more power? It is also PCIe 2.1 not 2.0?

It's probably something you know already, but I think it's worth mentioning anyway, that those cards are probably not original Intel cards.
Of course that does not necessarily make them bad, just something to keep in mind.

I've actually just ordered a dual port i350 PCIe x 1 card (branded Winyao) on dealextreme, so I have confidence that they are not all crap

Watch ebay, you can find them around right around price from US Sellers legit HP/Intels. I snagged 2 for cheap in the last 6 months. (Haven't been actively looking as I'm goign to 10GigE)
