So overall the switch is awesome, it allowed a great 2.5 GB and 10 GB connection. Also on a scale of 22 ports, this fits my home environment good. A couple of things i can think of that were a con:
- There was no website, I could find. I was provided a pretty good guide, but it expects you have some knowledge of layer 3 switches. Which I don't. I will learn more about the different switching options.
- Like which settings are the best.
- I had trouble with getting the DHCP working, couldnt get it to serve any ip addresses. I'm pretty sure there is a setting i have set wrong somewhere.
- When the switch reboots, it does not default to english as a language or no way to set a default.
- Communication for the switch has been the guy who sells them on Amazon, there is no group or support email I could find.
- How would I send it in for support or replacement in a year? This is a lower cost switch, so I guess they have to make cuts somewhere. But from a hardware/performance side everything works great. I have about 12 2.5 GB connections and 1 SFP+ to another small 2.5 GB switch. No problems.
- SFP+ - QSTPTEK 10GbE SFP+ Module, Fiber MMF Optic Transceiver, 10GBASE-SR 850nm 300M DDM Multimode LC 10G SFP+ Mini gbic for Ubiquiti UF-MM-10G, Ubiquiti Netgear Supermicro
- Fiber cable: RamboCables 20m(66ft) OM4 LC LC Fiber Patch Cables MMF Multimode, Options 0.2m~122m, LC to LC Fiber Optic Cable Duplex, 50/125μm 40G/100G LSZH

- So it could get better, but I am happy.
