Idle Power consumption from a single e5-2670 build?

Hi, I hope this is the right section to post this. I've been able to find idle power consumption numbers for dual e5-2670 builds but have not had any luck searching for a single e5-2670 build. Would it be safe to assume that since dual e5-2670 draws roughly 70-80W idle that a single e5-2670 may probably be 40-50w?

This is assuming both systems have roughly ~64GB of RAM.

Nope.

And what dual e6-2670 is idling at 70w? Probably one with no disks, little ram, no PCIE cards, etc... not a realistic measurement.

I have an All-in-one ESXi sever built on a single E5-2670.

6 x SSDs, 8 x 3.5 5900 HDD, IPMI, LSI 2008, 4 x 1Gb, 8 x 8 GB ECC RDIMM, 1 x AverMedia HDMI capture card ...

Idles around 100W.
