Any idea how to connect this to a MB? I don't see any data connector on the board NVIDIA HGX A100 SXM4 motherboard module 676-22687-1000-004 ,02JK722 | eBay

I think you mount it to a tray and then connect it over a back plane with the mainboard/cpus (example from gigabyte with the "gpu" tray pulled out: GIGABYTE Releases G492-ZD0 Server for NVIDIA HGX™ A100 8-GPU Platform | Nachrichten - GIGABYTE Germany)

without knowing what server this was meant to go to, i would stay away (and price ain't that great in first place).
(*pretty much each vendor has bit different connectors to fit their design.)
