I bought one drive as a test to see what I would get. At the time, it was $99.99.
What I got was exactly what was listed, with SMART data not wiped:
It passed an extended SMART test and

with no errors. Performance was good, varying from about 220MB/sec (sequential) at the outside of the disk to about 140MB/sec at the inside. What I think makes this a "Great Deal":
- The extra 5 year warranty. No, I don't know if the seller will be around that long, but I think it gives some extra security if the drive dies 10 months down the road.
- 10TB SATA are hard to find at any price, much less close to $10/TB. I generally only use SAS in my big arrays, but my docks only take SATA, and I need some backup drives.
- This is an enterprise drive with helium, not a desktop drive.
