we have encountered a incompatibility between Gigabyte MS03/MS33/MS73(possible many others)
with Samsung DDR5 RDIMM part# M321R4GA3BB0-CQK
M321R4GA3BB6-CQK will work.
i have contacted gigabyte support and got this answer:

Question:i had not asked without making all things you now mentioned.M321R4GA3BB0-CQK not workingM321R4GA3BB6-CQK working. (6 instead of 0)and i am not alone with this issue, i have 2 friends, ony with MS33-AR0 too and one with MS73-HB2 having same issue.pls call the BIOS engineers.12/18/2023 3:24 PM

After investigation, it seems a known issue on Samsung's RDIMM. You may try to use memory module released after 38th week, 2022 and see if it helps to solve the issue.
